Are there Florist in Qatar that will deliver flowers to my fiancee`?

My fiancee is stationed in Qatar. I want so much to send him fresh cut flowers. Does anyone know if this is possible? Are there any knowledgeable people that can please forward me some advice, some answers, florists names in Qatar. I would also like to know how my fiancee would go about receiving them. Would he need to be there in person to accept them, would a gate guard accept them, then deliver it to my fiancee, etc. Thank you all, and God Bless...
