This guy is the GOLD DIGGER. They like to get all the goodies of the relationship and be a cheapo when it comes to you. GET rid of parasites like this. When I was dating my ex, I used to get him shirts and tees as I see them. In return, he used to buy me jewellery. For my bday, he gave me roses and jewellery even though he wasnt in town that day. I am not saying gifts mean everything but they sure do mean something . If he cannot return the small gestures of love, whats the point of keeping a relation. Looks like only u give me gifts.
