I need some First Job HELP?

I want a summer job I'm 17 and have never had a job any ideas what my first should be? I'm gonna call a florist shop to see if they need help but I also though it would be cool to work at a pilates place but what could I do there because I wouldn't be an instructor - so do I call them up and say do you need and receptionists? Like what do I say when I call possible future employers
