What all can Disney Florist do for engagement help?

I have been reading a lot about Disney Florist helping out with engagements at WDW, but can a florist really help with arrangements? I guess what I am asking is will they be able to assist in making a presentation for the ring if I send them items that I want in it? Do they help bring the items to the restaurant or location of the engagement. I just want to find out more information than what is provided on their website before actually contacting them so I do not make a fool out of myself. Thanks
