What do Christians think about Tourette's syndrome?

I mean, I have Tourette's, and I don't have to do many vocal tics. But what do Christians think about people that HAVE to yell obscenities in public? I mean (according to Christians) God gave them this disorder, and they have to scream the most foul thing they can think, there's no way around it. It can be suppressed, but not for long. Is this not an example of how curse words are okay? I mean obviously it's not a sin for them to scream obscenities, and actually God's fault that they do.
