When to plant oriental stargazer/tiger lily bulbs?

I am having a wedding reception July 23, 2011 and my future mother in law suggested we plant and grow our own lilies for the occasion instead of buying from a florist in order to stay on budget. However, I am unsure of when I need to plant the bulbs (today is March 31, 2011) for them to look their best for my wedding reception in July. If anyone knows, please let me know!
