Am I a psychopath/sociopath?

I've imagined the different ways I would kill someone including my younger siblings. Sometimes I want to hit or choke someone. The only reason I don't is because I don't want to get in trouble or go to jail. I suppress all my anger and 2 or so years ago I snapped and attacked my mom and would have probably hurt her if her brother hadn't been there to stop me. I'm not easily disgusted and am fascinated by serial killers. I love crime shows.
