How many roses to give?

It's my girlfriends 3 month anniversary, and i want to give her some roses. But I'm stuck on how much roses to give her. I'm not that rich ,so keep the amount small :D hmm also, do I just go to the florist shop and be like I want to buy this # of roses. Oh anyone know how much are they? Thanks!
