Wedding florist delivery/set up costs?

I have hired a florist to only do 9 of our tables since I am DIY on the other half. The florist will be providing a tall cylinder glass vase and the arrangement will just sit on top. Along with that she is do my bouquets for me and 6 bridesmaids and than the groom and the groomsmens boutneers. Well, she wants to charge $450 for delivery and set up. Is this an extreme amount to charge? Bc I think it is but I'm not sure. Please let me know what u have paid or any florists out there please let me know what u think! Thanks! :)
