Wedding Venue ideas ?

Does anyone know of a place where I can just rent it for the night? I am looking in the New Jersey or Long Island area. I am from Brooklyn, travel time anywhere from 30mins to an hour. I am not looking into a wedding hall because they tend to be very expensive and limited. I am not looking to be cheap either, but I want my wedding to be different and I am looking to have my wedding outside, I am looking to rent a tent, dance floor, etc. I would also have my own food catered, use my own florist and pick the flowers i want. I feel that when you use a hall you are limited and have very few choices and when you want something else, they charge extra. I've been doing some research and saw one place that only allows me to use their caterer. If anyone knows of any halls that are just for rental use, not an actual wedding venue, it would be greatly appreciated.
